DAYSTAR PUBLIC RADIO has entered a consent decree with the FCC to settle charges that it ran impermissible advertising as underwriting announcements on its noncommercial WKSG/CEDAR CREEK, FL.
The company will pay $3,500 as a "voluntary contribution" to the U.S. Treasury to settle the matter.
