Woman Sentenced For Accident Involving Dave Michaels

A FT. WAYNE, IN judge has sentenced CHLOE BATES, the uninsured motorist who collided with FEDERATED MEDIA/FT. WAYNE, IN Country WQHK and Hot AC WMEE Asst. OM/MD DAVE MICHAELS earlier this year, to two-years home detention and one year probation. (NET NEWS 3/26).

BATES will also be required to pay restitution to MICHAELS and attend drug rehabilitation counseling.

MICHAELS continues to recover from several broken ribs, a broken collarbone, broken pelvis, broken hip and a mild concussion he received in the accident.
