Mac And Gaydos Celebrate First Anniversary

BONNEVILLE Talk KTAR-F/PHOENIX afternoon-drive team MAC WATSON and LARRY GAYDOS are celebrating one year together on the air at KTAR TODAY (9/29).  The team has been achieving success in recent ratings periods, topping the numbers in men and second in adults 25-54.

WATSON told ALL ACCESS, "What MAC and GAYDOS is all about is being real, relatable and entertaining.  No one covers news stories and lifestyle issues like us. We're creating the next generation of Talk radio by being ourselves, not hyping issues, or talking to the fringe.  We don't manufacture a show, we ARE the show."  GAYDOS added, "I am not a Democrat or a Republican, I'm a skeptic.  Our audience wants real and strong opinions; we don't have talking points ... just ask Sen. JOHN MCCAIN! That's how we roll."
