EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS has appointed BOB RICHARDS OM of its INDIANAPOLIS radio station cluster, which includes Talk WIBC, AC WYXB, Country WLHK and Sports WFNI-A. RICHARDS, who has more than 20 years of experience in INDIANA radio, succeeds DAVID EDGAR and starts OCTOBER 1st, .
