ALL ACCESS is saddened to report that one of the original WFIL-A/PHILADELPHIA "Boss Jocks," JIM NETTLETON, is in very poor health, reportedly battling lung cancer. He's surrounded by family and friends. Your good wishes and prayers will only help.
