COMMSOUTH MEDIA ASSOCIATES is selling Classic Hits WIHG (105.7 THE HOG) ROCKWOOD-CROSSVILLE, TN to CROSSVILLE RADIO, INC. for $630,000.
In other deals filed with the FCC, KELLY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling silent WPMJ/CHILLICOTHE-PEORIA, IL for $620,000 to CRCI, L.L.C. The station, which most recently aired an Oldies format, went silent a year ago.
RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE LLC is selling Country WKFC (BANDIT 101.9)/NORTH CORBIN, KY and Variety WPBK/CRAB ORCHARD, KY to LINCOLN-GARRARD BROADCASTING COMPANY for $760,000 under a 2007 option deal. The buyer is operating the stations under an an LMA.
SPANISH CULTURAL EDUCATION, INC. is selling noncommercial WTMQ/LUMPKIN, GA to BETHSAIDA HOUSE OF COLUMBUS, INC. for $100,000 plus a Local Programming and Operating Agreement before closing.
WILLPOWER RADIO is selling noncommercial WHDD-A/SHARON, CT to TRI-STATE PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $235,000. The buyer, which also owns sister noncommercial WHDD-F (ROBIN HOOD RADIO)/SHARON, CT, has been programming the station under an LMA since OCTOBER 2006.
WXXY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator W282AU/LEWES, DE to WORLD RADIO LINK for $2 and assumption of $10,544.34 in liabilities.
