RUSH LIMBAUGH has announced that he is partnering with ST. LOUIS BLUES and REAL SALT LAKE owner and radio station operator DAVE CHECKETTS in making a bid to buy the ST. LOUIS RAMS. 

LIMBAUGH, in a statement, would not discuss details, citing a confidentiality agreement, but said that he and CHECKETTS, whose UTAH RADIO ACQUISITION owns Sports KALL-A/SALT LAKE CITY, would operate the team, which is being marketed by GOLDMAN SACHS for the heirs of late RAMS owner GEORGIA FRONTIERE, who own 60% of the franchise (DENVER NUGGETS and COLORADO AVALANCHE owner STAN KROENKE owns 40%).
