In other deals filed with the FCC, GARY S. HESS is selling the construction permit for KHES/ROCKSPRINGS, TX to CLINTON and MONICA MOSS' INNOVATED FACILITY SOLUTIONS, INC. for $5,000.

NBC affiliate WNCN-TV (NBC17)/RALEIGH-DURHAM GM BARRY LEFFLER's previously-announced purchase of a minority interest in VILCOM INTERACTIVE MEDIA, LLC, licensee of Talk WCHL-A/CHAPEL HILL, NC, will give LEFFLER 3,000 Class A units and 1,000 Class C units of the company, with JIM HEAVNER having 4,000 Class A units and 1,580 Class B units and ROBERT WOODRUFF holding 420 Class B units, according to the paperwork filed with the FCC.  HEAVNER and LEFFLER will each have 50% voting interest.

HF BROADCASTING PERRY, LC is selling Oldies WPRY-A/PERRY, FL to DOCKINS TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC. under a 2008 contract for $175,000.

HOLLADAY BROADCASTING OF LOUISIANA, LLC is selling Urban KJMG (MAGIC 97)/BASTROP, LA to CALVIN H. MURRAY's KP MUSIC GROUP, LLC for $700,000.

CLAY HOLLADAY's RADIO MONROE, LLC is selling Top 40 KNOE-F (STAR 101.9)/MONROE, LA to HOLLADAY BROADCASTING OF LOUISIANA, LLC for $1.775 million cash.

And CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. is swapping FM translator K258BM/LA GRANDE, OR to KSRV, INC. in exchange for a three-year tower lease for two FM translators.
