  CLEAR CHANNEL OUTDOOR Pres./CEO Americas PAUL MEYER will retire effective DECEMBER 31st, the company announced WEDNESDAY in a securities filing. MEYER will continue to serve as a consultant to CLEAR CHANNEL OUTDOOR through OCTOBER 15, 2012 -- focusing on developing the company's digital sign business.
  The terms of MEYER’s severance arrangements still are being finalized.
