  ASTRAL MEDIA has received CRTC approval to change the frequency of the PEMBROKE transmitter of its Active Rock CKQB (VIRGIN RADIO 106.9)/OTTAWA from 99.9 to 99.7 FM, dropping the power of the rebroadcaster from 45,200 watts to 7,500 watts.
  The move dodges co-channel interference issues with ASTRAL's new station at 99.7 FM in OTTAWA-GATINEAU.
