  THE KING'S MUSICIAN EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION, INC. has been fined $1,500 by the FCC for antenna lighting and number display violations at its tower in FANNETT, TX. The company, which also had not informed the FAA of a lighting outage at the tower, owns noncommercial Contemporary Christian KLBT/BEAUMONT, TX.
  The fine was reduced from $12,000 due to the company's history of compliance and inability to pay.
