Amanda Mitchell Joins

NEXT MEDIA Country WCEN/SAGINAW, MI PD JOBY PHILLIPS has announced the addition of AMANDA MITCHELL to the on-air lineup for middays. MITCHELL will start next MONDAY (10/26), filling the void left by PHILLIPS as he moved to afternoons in late SEPTEMBER (NET NEWS 9/28).

AMANDA comes to WCEN from CLEAR CHANNEL former Country station WDTW/DETROIT, where she held down nights and voicetracking duties for other stations in the cluster. She is replacing JODI K, who had extended her morning shift into the midday hours while PHILLIPS searched for a midday replacement. JODI will remain in morning drive.

With PHILLIPS now taking on PM driver duties, he is re-adjusting his music call times to THURSDAY mornings from 10a-11a (ET), effective immediately. Contact him at (989) 752-3456 or joby@945themoose.com.
