FCC Grants Another Extension For Sirius XM Channel Leasing

SIRIUS XM RADIO gets yet another extension by the FCC until FEBRUARY 24th, 2010 to implement the "voluntary commitment" to lease 4% of the company's audio channel capacity to "qualified entities."

The deadline had previously been extended to MAY 29th, JUNE 29th, AUGUST 28th, and OCTOBER 27th while the Commission considers new guidelines for implementation of the leasing commitment.
