  CLEAR CHANNEL Country WBUL/LEXINGTON, KY morning sidekick DUSTY DAN (real name: ROY DANIEL BALDRIDGE), arrested on child pornography and other charges (NET NEWS, 10/13), is due back in court TODAY (10/23).
  LEXINGTON TV station LEX18 reports BALDRIDGE is scheduled for a preliminary hearing. He was arrested earlier this month on gun charges. Police added the child porn charges after finding 500 images on his home computer.
  BALDRIDGE is currently out of jail on bond.
