THE FAITH & FREEDOM NETWORK is selling Talk KFFF-A and Talk KFFF-F/BOONE, IA to TRUTH BROADCASTING CORPORATION for payment of a $20,000 FCC fine liability and payment of the stations' losses up to $20,000 per month from OCTOBER through DECEMBER 2009.

In other deals filed with the FCC, CURRY COUNTY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Talk KWKA-A and AC KTQM-F/CLOVIS, NM to LONNIE ALLSUP's ZIA BROADCASTING COMPANY for $600,000.

ATHENS CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM in GREENSBORO, GA to COMMUNITY PUBLIC RADIO, INC. for $1,000.

GEORGE KIMBLE is selling 2% of his 51% share of ROI BROADCASTING, INC., owner of Top 40 WFIZ (Z95.5)/ODESSA, NY and translator W299BI/ITHACA, NY, to 49% owner ALAN BISHOP for $10,000.  KIMBLE is also selling 2% of CHADWICK BAY BROADCASTING CORP., licensee of Adult Standards WDOE-A/DUNKIRK, NY and Country WBKX (KIX COUNTRY)/FREDONIA, NY, to BISHOP for $10,000.  The move gives BISHOP the majority share in the companies. 

RONALD FRIZZELL is selling 11% of MT. WASHINGTON RADIO & GRAMOPHONE, L.L.C., licensee of Triple A WMWV, Hot AC WVMJ (MAGIC 104), and Talk WBNC-A/CONWAY, NH and FM translator W237BX/NORTH CONWAY, NH, to GREG FRIZZELL for $123,750.  The move gives GREG FRIZZELL 51% majority ownership in the company.

WILBUR GOSPEL COMMUNICATIONS AND FOUNDATION is selling the construction permits for WKRE/ARGO, AL and WJAU/LINCOLN, AL to ALABAMA CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. for $1.

And EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator W260AZ/BOGALUSA, AL to JOHN M. DOWDY for $35,000.
