KATZ MEDIA GROUP is getting proactive in its efforts to bring greater awareness to its diversity initiatives by providing comprehensive training for management. The company’s ongoing commitment to greater diversity has transformed over the years from mainly a recruiting effort to one now focused on retaining and developing its diverse workforce.

"Since nearly 70% of today’s job seekers are women and people of color, it’s imperative that we make our diversity initiative a priority," said SVP/Dir. Corporate Diversity BRIAN KNOX, who heads the company’s efforts. "At KATZ, we’re creating an environment that attracts and retains the best of the talent pool. Our country has never been more diverse, so we want our workforce to reflect the existing population, to help us to confidently navigate new areas of interest, such as the exploding Hispanic market."
