  INDIANA DISTRICT-LUTHERAN CHURCH MISSOURI SYNOD has closed on the sale of Christian AC WLAB (STAR 88.3)/FT. WAYNE to STAR EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION, headed by the station's GM MELISSA MONTANA, for $1 million.
  GREG GUY of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as broker for the seller and MARK JORGENSON of JORGENSON BROADCAST BROKERAGE served as broker for the buyer in the deal.
