WTTS Reaches Out To The Community

SARKES TARZIAN Triple A WTTS/INDIANAPOLIS is set to support local children's reading programs with their 2009 Rock To Read Benefit Show, starring COLLECTIVE SOUL on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11th at the Vogue. Rock To Read supports children’s reading programs through the INDIANAPOLIS-MARION COUNTY LIBRARY.

Further, the station is gearing up for the release of volume 15 of the "WTTS Collector’s Edition" CD. The CD features 16 exclusive tracks recorded in Studio 92. Volume 15 goes on sale SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7th for $12.99 at local Borders locations. This year, proceeds will also benefit Rock To Read, plus Girls Inc., a non-profit youth organization dedicated to inspiring all girls to be strong, smart and bold.

Featured artists on this year’s compilation include TORI AMOS, MAT KEARNEY, AIRBORNE TOXIC EVENT, ZIGGY MARLEY, DAVY KNOWLES, CARBON LEAF and others.
