Station Owner Sued By Girls' Parents

WINGS COMMUNICATIONS Talk WELE-A/DAYTONA BEACH owner and host DOUG WILHITE is being sued by the parents of two 14-year-old girls, who allege that WILHITE showed them pornography and encouraged them to have sex with a 15-year-old boy in his home, reports the DAYTONA BEACH NEWS-JOURNAL. 

The suits by the parents of girls identified as "JANE DOE" and "SALLY DOE" ask for damages for mental anguish and emotional distress.

WILHITE is presently awaiting trial on 16 criminal charges of child abuse, lewd and lascivious conduct, and other related charges for several alleged sexual incidents with local teenagers. He was initially arrested JULY 9th.
