  ALL ACCESS is saddened to report the passing of radio jingle maven TOM MERRIMAN this morning (11/11) at 4a (CT) at the age of 85. MERRIMAN broke his hip and caught pneumonia and never recovered.
  MERRIMAN was the co-founder DALLAS-based TM STUDIOS, and the first composer to create a production company in 1955 specializing in radio station jingles. His work was legendary.
  Funeral arrangements are pending.
