  Singer/songwriter JOSH KELLEY (the brother of LADY ANTEBELLUM's CHARLES KELLEY) has signed with UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP/NASHVILLE to release his first Country album. JOSH is currently in the studio recording for the album, which is slated for released in 2010.
