What's Up With The October 2009 PPM In Detroit?

Several DETROIT PPM subscribers are wondering about the potential power of just two PPM devices to strongly impact reported 18-34 females listening in the OCTOBER 2009 report.

According to ARBITRON, suburban REGENT Classic Rocker WQUS/LA PEER, MI jumped 1.3 to 6.6 in the DETROIT PPM in 18-34 females. Word is that 75% of the DETROIT market can't hear this station, yet it scored very heavily.

One broadcaster told ALL ACCESS, "Can just two meters with heavy listening really have that much impact? I just find it hard to believe."

ARBITRON has been contacted for comment, but so far has yet to do so.
