Harrassment Charges Dismissed Against John Rich

WARNER BROS/NASHVILLE artist JOHN RICH was relieved to have harassment and assault charges filed against him (NET NEWS 5/29) dismissed by Judge AARON HOLT FRIDAY (11/20) in NASHVILLE. 

RICH said: “I’m relived the story is now out there accurately. It’s a good feeling."

The case centered on accusations lobbied by former "NASHVILLE Star" contestant JARED ASHLEY, who claimed RICH assaulted him at THE SPOT, RICH's bar in downtown NASHVILLE.
