Right after the bus accident, NOVEMBER 20th, where a bus driver of one of four tour vehicles died of cardiac arrest and crashed that bus, MILEY CYRUS moved ahead for her fans and during her subsequent concerts dedicated "The Climb" to him.

And, on a lighter note DB Top 40 WKZL/GREENSBORO staged several events around her NOVEMBER 22nd show including a MILEY-OKE contest and MILEY look-alike contest. Night stud TRIPPER got a very cool backstage interview with MILEY, and it ended with a surprise birthday party with presents and chocolate cake.

WKZL PD JASON GOODMAN told ALL ACCESS, "MILEY was so cool enduring all of singing Happy Birthday to her, in such an off-key manner. This really took her mind off the bus accident, which was heavy on her mind during show. MILEY is a total pro -- I've asked her for lessons! She blew me off and said, 'whatever'."
