FOREVER COMMUNICATIONS is selling its 40.3% share of DAILY NEWS BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC., licensee of Classic Rock WDNS (D93) and Talk WKCT-A/BOWLING GREEN, KY, to J. PIPES GAINES, MARY G. GUNHAM, and MOLLIE G. SMITH for $570,000. The GAINES children are inheriting control of the company from the estate of their late father JOHN B. GAINES and will hold an aggregate 58.26% of the company upon Commission approval of the inheritance.

In another deal filed with the FCC, E. MORGAN SKINNER, JR.'s ROCKWELL MEDIA FOUNDATION, INC. is selling FM translators K249DR/CEDAR CITY, UT; K247AY/PAROWAN, UT; K246AO/BEAVER, UT; and K290AV/GREENVILLE, UT to KENT FRANDSEN's CANYON MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $32,500.
