U.K. radio regulator OFCOM has rejected the sale of five stations in ENGLAND by SOUTH WEST RADIO.
SOUTH WEST, which went into bankruptcy administration in AUGUST, sold BATH FM/BATH, BRUNEL FM/SWINDON, 3TR/WARMINSTER, and the QUAYWEST stations (QUAY WEST 100.4/102.8/WEST SOMERSET and QUAY WEST 107.4/BRIDGEWATER-SEDGEMOOR) to STEPHEN DEXTER's YOUR MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS LTD., but the agency refused consent to the transfer.
