Thousands Of KKWF Listeners Attend Vigil

ENTERCOM Country KKWF (100.7 THE WOLF)/SEATTLE morning show host FITZ asked listeners to attend a candlelight vigil in memory of four LAKEWOOD Police Officers killed on NOVEMBER 29th.
Thousands of community members showed up for the vigil which honored fallen officers RONALD OWEN, TINA GRISWOLD, GREG RICHARDS and MARK RENNINGER by having attendees form the shape of a giant
heart. It was held at the LAKEWOOD TOWNE CENTER in LAKEWOOD, WA last FRDAY 12/04).To see a video of the giant heart click here. A photo of the heart will be sent to the victims' families.
FITZ said: “This was easily one of the most memorable moments of my radio career. This is what radio is all about, to provide service and comfort to our listeners.”
