'Virtual Trade Show' For Sports Talk Set For Today

The "virtual trade show" being staged by AVIRTUALEVENT, "Monetizing Audio-Technology," takes place TODAY (12/11), with more panelists added to the completely virtual event's agenda of three panel discussions and keynote speakers aimed at sports-talk radio stations and professional sports franchises with an eye towards maximizing the value of their audio content.
SUBWAY SVP/Chief Marketing Officer TONY PACE will offer the event's keynote address, and FOX SPORTS RADIO's DON MARTIN, ARBITRON's ALTON ADAMS, NHL RADIO's GREG BALDINGER, KFAN/MINNEAPOLIS' PAUL CHARCHIAN, ST. LOUIS radio personality and "THE FINAL TABLE" host PAUL HARRIS, ESPN's MARC HORINE, WASHINGTON REDSKINS voice LARRY MICHAEL, and the DALLAS COWBOYS' CRAIG ZUREK added to the panels. Consultant FRED JACOBS, ENTERCOM Sports WEEI-A/BOSTON website GM TIM MURPHY, PITTSBURGH PENGUINS Dir, of Corporate Media Sales MARK TURLEY, iBIQUITY Founder/CEO BOB STRUBLE, and RONNING LIPSET RADIO partner ANDY LIPSET were preciously announced as participating.
The event begins at 11a ET and will continue through the day until 6p ET. A virtual exhibit hall will also allow attendees to sample new products and services. Registration is $79.
