'1045 The Dan' Coming To Danville

Meet The Dan

TOM BIRCH's LAKES MEDIA, LLC will flip its Oldies/Gospel WWDN-A (formerly WILA-A) and W282BH/DANVILLE, VA to Classic Hits as "1045 THE DAN," reports the DANVILLE REGISTER BEE.

The flip will take place in JANUARY with a 10,000 song commercial-free marathon, and the station plans to run jockless with eventual addition of local and national news and sports in the 6-9a slot. Advertising and marketing veteran BARBARA SEAMSTER has joined the station as GM.
