CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO/PHILADELPHIA has promoted JOE MCCOLLUM Dir./ Promotions. Previously Promotion Dir. for Top 40 WIOQ, MCCOLLUM will now be responsible for overseeing promotions for all six stations win the cluster.
