  Shocker! Music business pundit BOB LEFSETZ revealed in his current "LEFSETZ LETTER" that he has CML leukemia. Since it has infected nearly all of his white blood cells, he began treatment immediately.
  Fortunately, the pill treatment he is taking, GLEEVAC, offers an 87% chance of recovery. The pills, costing $4,900 a month, are being covered by his insurance plan.
