The FCC has denied a petition by ALASKA EDUCATIONAL RADIO SYSTEM, INC. for reconsideration of dismissal of a contingent community of license minor change application for KWMD/KASILOF, AL. The Commission issued a $10,000 Notice of Apparent Liability for operating the Station at variance from its license.
