CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO will announce IHEARTRADIO’s list of Top 10 Artists of ’09 TOMORROW (12/31). ALICIA KEYS tops IHEARTRADIO’s list with her reinterpretation of "Empire (Part 2)".
The Top 10 stripped artists of 2009, based on the number of audience plays, were:
