Steve Kerrigan Takes Leave To Battle Cancer

COX RADIO Country WHKO/DAYTON morning co-host STEVE KERRIGAN, of the “NANCY and KERRIGAN,” show, has taken a leave of absence from the station. KERRIGAN has been battling cancer and in a message on the station’s website describes the sickness as “multiple myeloma, a rare form of blood cancer that has no cure right now.” 

KERRIGAN was a receiver of a stem cell transplant in 2008. In FEBRUARY this year the cancer returned and he had to resume his battle.
