CITADEL Country KATM/MODESTO, CA taps former Country KKJG/SAN LUIS OBISPO morning show co-host KIFFINY for Traffic duties. KIFFINY will be replacing KITTY COUGAR who recently moved to KNCI/SACRAMENTO. KIFFINY's new moniker will be KITTY COUGAR 2, then after the first few weeks just KITTY COUGAR as that is the single biggest name on KATM.
