ASCAP Launches Free App For iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch

ASCAP has announced the launch of ASCAP MOBILE, a new app for iPHONE, iPAD and iPOD TOUCH. The app will provide ASCAP songwriters, composers and publishers with 24/7 access to their membership, catalog, performance and royalty information through ASCAP’s MEMBER ACCESS online portal.

Users will also have the ability to search ASCAP’s entire catalog of over 8.5 million copyrighted works, as well browse news about ASCAP and the music business. ASCAP MOBILE is free and can be downloaded through the APP STORE. ASCAP plans to launch a BLACKBERRY and ANDROID app in the future.
