Former WVBO PD Sentenced On Child Sex Charges

Former CUMULUS Oldies WVBO/APPLETON-OSHKOSH, WI, PD/morning host RICH ALLEN (real name RICHARD KIEFFER) will spend at least two years in prison in VIRGINIA for trying to solicit sex from a minor.

KIEFFER was sentenced to a total of 10 years, but the judge suspended the final eight years on the condition of KIEFFER’s good behavior, reports FOX 11 TV. He was also sentenced to five years probation after his release from prison, which he can ask to have transferred to WISCONSIN. He also has to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and sex offender evaluation, and register as a sex offender in VIRGINIA.
