FCC Commissioner MIGNON CLYBURN has been named this year's lecturer at the UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST's EVERETT C. PARKER Lecture in Ethics and Telecommunications, reports MULTICHANNEL NEWS.

The speech will be delivered on SEPTEMBER 29th in WASHINGTON, where former NATIONAL FEDERATION OF COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS Pres./CEO CAROL PIERSON will receive the EVERETT C. PARKER Award and NAB EVP/Television and NABEF Pres. MARCELLUS ALEXANDER will receive the DONALD M. MCGANNON Award.
