L.M. COMMUNICATIONS Triple A WCOO (THE BRIDGE)/CHARLESTON, S.C., APD/MD JOEL FRANK has exited the station after four years. He had been there since the station signed on in the Triple A format.
It unclear at this time whether his position will be filled.
