Attorney Plans To Continue Legal Case Against WBCT

According to THE GRAND RAPIDS PRESS, an attorney for dozens of people with flood-damaged cars in the aftermath of the 2009 CLEAR CHANNEL Country WBCT/GRAND RAPIDS, MI BIRTHDAY BASH will press on with a legal case, despite recent setbacks. Appeals court justices decided not to hear attorney JOHN TALLMAN's argument to give class-action status to the car owners. An IONIA COUNTY judge earlier denied the status (NET NEWS 10/28/09).

TALLMAN said he now plans to seek a reversal from the state SUPREME COURT.
