  Auction Set
  
  The FCC has issued a Public Notice for the next FM radio construction permit auction, designated Auction 91 and scheduled to commence on MARCH 29th, 2011. The auction will offer 147 new CPs, including 37 left over from Auction 79.
  Comments on competitive bidding procedures proposed for the auction are due on OCTOBER 13th with replies due OCTOBER 27th.
