WEST COAST radio figure ROBERT "BOB" OXARART died SEPT. 18th of heart failure at the age of 74. A memorial reception will be held from 2-5p on SUNDAY, SEPT. 26th at SHADOW HILLS COUNTRY CLUB in EUGENE, OR.
OXARART was executive director for EUGENE area radio stations and worked in the radio industry on the West Coast throughout his life.
