RTDNF Receives $100,000 Grant

The RADIO TELEVISION DIGITAL NEWS FOUNDATION has received a $100,000 grant from the MCCORMICK FOUNDATION "to defend and protect the First Amendment."

"RTDNF has long been at the forefront of protecting First Amendment freedoms," said MCCORMICK FOUNDATION Journalism PD Clark Bell. "We are pleased to support its effort to provide legal advice and assist news organizations in reporting vital information to the public."

The two-year ($50,000 per year) grant will enable RTDNF to use its website, webinars, convention sessions, online newsletters, press releases and other communication tools to train and inform its members about potential First Amendment abuses.
