Sarah Darling Releases U2 Cover To Country Radio

BLACK RIVER MUSIC GROUP artist SARAH DARLING has released a cover of U2’s “With Or Without You” to Country radio, after the amount of response she got from airplay on SIRIUS XM’s “NASHVILLE” Channel 11. “NASHVILLE” PD KENT TERRY pulled audio of the song from SARAH’s YouTube video of an impromptu version and the demand was such that SARAH entered the studio shortly thereafter to record a proper version.

The song was released SEPTEMBER 1st as an exclusive download on AMAZON.com, where the site positioned her as the first-ever “AMAZON Discovers” artist. The song sold over 30,000 downloads in its first two weeks of release, and now it will be featured on SARAH’s next EP. The self-titled EP will be released in the first quarter of 2011. The song was released to Country radio programmers on PLAY MPE TODAY (10/4).
