CLEAR CHANNEL TALLAHASSEE Market Manager LISA RICE has moved to TAMPA as GSM for Urban WBTP (95.7 THE BEAT), Top 40 WFLZ, and Active Rock WXTB (98 ROCK).  Meanwhile, CLEAR CHANNEL LITTLE ROCK Sales Dir. KEVIN WALTMAN has moved to TALLAHASSEE to take RICE's place as Market Manager of the cluster (Talk WFLA-F, Hot AC WGMY (MY 107.1), Sports WNLS-A (1270 THE TEAM), Country WTNT, and Alternative WXSR (X 101.5)).
