URBAN RADIO BROADCASTING appoints JOHNATHAN CRUZ as Creative Services Dir. He succeeds JEFF MCDERMOTT, who left to be Production Dir. at MCDONALD BROADCASTING/SAGINAW, MI.

In his new post, JOHNATHAN will conceptualize and develop new marketing campaigns for URBAN's clients including on-air commercials, new media and social networking opportunities. He previously served as OM at SUNBURST MEDIA/THIBODAUX, LA.
