CULHANE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Classic Hits KVHT and Sports KVTK-A (SPORTSRADIO 1570 THE TiCKET)/VEMILLION, SD to JEFF FULLER's 5 STAR COMMUNICATIONS INC. for $1.775 million.

In other deals filed with the FCC, GERALD BENAVIDES is selling KJJB/EAGLE LAKE, TX and the construction permit for a new FM at BAIRD, TX to LETICIA MORENO, d/b/a MORENO BROADCASTING for $150,000 ($30,000 down, the rest paid in 60 monthly increments of $2,000).

And CENTRAL FLORIDA INVESTMENTS, INC. is selling WWFL-A/CLERMONT, FL to ONDA MEXICANA RADIO GROUP, INC. for $450,000.

CENTRO CRISTIANO VIDA ABUNDANTE, INC. has applied to the FCC for a Silent STA for KORL-A/HONOLULU, saying that it has experienced problems with its combiner but is planning to relocate the station's transmitter.

And SAN JOAQUIN BROADCASTING CO. has asked the FCC for an extension of its Silent STA for KSTN-A/STOCKTON, CA, which it took off the air on FEBRUARY 20th due to financial reasons.
