A contract has been signed and an application filed with the FCC for the transfer of WRCN/RIVERHEAD, NY and WKJI/CENTER MORICHES, NY from I.W. LIMITED LIABILITY CO (a division of the BARNSTABLE GROUP) to JVC MEDIA LLC.
KALIL & CO represented the seller and RICHARD L. SHARPE represented the buyer.
