SBS Gets Another NASDAQ Delisting Warning

SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM has received another delisting warning from NASDAQ, the company disclosed in an SEC filing MONDAY (10/18).
The company was notified that its stock had dropped below the $1 minimum per-share price for 30 consecutive business days and has until APRIL 11th, 2011 to regain compliance to remain listed on NASDAQ's Global Market.
SBS was previously served with a delisting notice in FEBRUARY but regained compliance in MAY.
