HORIZON BROADCASTING GROUP LLC is selling FM translator K283BH/BEND, OR to SUMMIT BROADCASTING GROUP, LLC for forgiveness of debt.

SHREDDING THE DARKNESS is selling the construction permit for a new FM at BANKS, AR to CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION FOR RESEARCH AND EDUCATION INC. for $3,000 -- and the buyer is selling the construction permit for a new FM at NATCHITOCHES, LA to the seller for $15,000.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at LUDLOW, IL to GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF AMARILLO for $3,500.  EDGEWATER is also buying the construction permit for a new Fm at HAMPTON, IA from LIGHTHOUSE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP for $3,500.

NASSAU BROADCASTING III, L.L.C. has asked for an extension of its Silent STAs for WWHQ/MEREDITH, NH and WNNH/HENNIKER, NH to allow it to complete its restructuring and spin off the station.  NASSAU says that the stations are "no longer ... economically viable to operate during the pendency of the restructuring."
